Ariane Van Dievoet

Ariane Van Dievoet is a Brussels-based designer and sculptor whose work revolves around material research, sustainability and craftsmanship. She creates objects and furniture from material off-cuts, highlighting texture, imperfection and form. By combining traditional techniques with digital tools, her practice challenges conventional ideas of waste, luxury and design.

The challenge

As Ariane’s work evolved and gained recognition, her brand needed to evolve with it. The challenge was to move from a studio name to a personal brand without losing the strength, clarity and consistency built over the years. The new identity had to support her growing practice across collections, collaborations, exhibitions and press, while staying true to the material-driven and sustainable nature of her work.

The solution

This project was developed under the strategic direction of Two of a Kind, who led the brand strategy and positioning, including the decision to transition from AVANDI to Ariane Van Dievoet.
Building on this strategic foundation, Studio Brightside translated the strategy into a cohesive visual identity and practical brand deliverables. We designed a calm, refined and flexible visual system that gives space to materials, textures and storytelling. The identity was created as a working toolkit, supporting both digital and physical applications without overshadowing the work itself.

The impact

Ariane Van Dievoet now presents her work through a brand that feels aligned, intentional and confident. The new identity strengthens recognition, reinforces authorship and supports her position within the world of sustainable and collectible design. With a clear strategy and a strong visual foundation, the brand is ready to grow while staying deeply connected to Ariane’s values and practice.
